Refund Policy
We’re all about making things easy for you, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or heavily used.
We currently do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping is approximately $15, depending on your country. To show our appreciation, we will provide a discount code for your next purchase once your return is processed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved and completed, we will send out the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
